We are challenging our clients to take 1 hour each day and commit that time to their health and well being. This challenge is for all levels. We offer many different types of classes ranging from Gentle Yoga to Full Body Kettlebell. What is your personal challenge during this time of year? To practice mindfulness each day or to lose 10lbs? We will be offering a 7 Day Meal plan to all participants to help them achieve their realistic goals!!!

1.Register for the Challenge 2. Review class descriptions and levels on our schedule page 3. Sign up for appropriate level classes 4. Pick up a meal plan the first day of class 5.
