Yoga Matt offers a variety of Kettlebell classes as part of our small group training program. Our class levels range from beginner to advanced and the maximum number of participants per class is 8. The dynamic movement used in Kettlebell training increases strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance. All classes begin with a dynamic warm up and end with a cool down to help prevent injury and ensure proper recovery.
This is a high intensity, fast paced workout which targets arms and core exclusively. TRX, Rip Trainer, kettlebells and resistance bands are utilized to develop biceps, triceps & abdominal /core muscles. No kettlebell experience required.
A fusion class combining traditional power yoga with kettlebells. This class is taught in a moderately heated room and will challenge all fitness levels. Ready to sweat and learn some core movements with a kettlebell ... then this class is for you! Kettlebell experience not required however, participants should have some yoga experience.
An intermediate to advanced workout combining both TRX and kettlebell training. Kettlebell experience required in this fast paced, high intensity class. This workout is designed for experienced fitness enthusiasts in good physical condition.
