BARRE

Yoga M.A.T.T.'s Barre classes incorporate weight bearing exercises, components of strength and ballet training as well as yoga poses for deep stretching.  This full body workout will create a long, lean and toned body.

All classes are low impact and focus on small isometrical movements.  We offer four different classes with specific goals for each type.

Each class begins with a warm up then moves through a specific template of multiple exercises.  Exercises include upper body work with small weights, high bar work for legs & glutes, low bar work for core strengthening, floor work for abdominals & deep stretching to elongate the muscles worked. 


Barre Express

A 45 minute barre class moving at a faster pace fusing all elements of training including cardio endurance.

Barre Sculpt


A barre class combining weight bearing exercises, strength training and ballet bar techniques to form, long lean muscles.

Barre Fit


A barre class fusing interval cardio training with the traditional elements of a barre class including strength training, ballet bar techniques and weight bearing exercises.
