PERSONAL TRAINING



Yoga Matt is now offering personal training options for clients who prefer to train privately. Private sessions will be created based upon an individuals needs and goals. Clients will have the opportunity to train with kettlebells, rip trainers & the Trx suspension system, as well as other functional training tools utilized in the studio. Clients will also have the opportunity to develop nutritional guidelines with our staff in order to gain the maximum results from their training.

TRX SPORTS MEDICINE REHABILITATIVE TRAINING

Yoga M.A.T.T. is proud to be offering TRX Sports Medicine Rehabilitative training for individuals recovering from physical injuries. This type of training is specifically intended for clients who have completed a physical therapy program for their injury. Programs are designed to address each client's specific needs to help bring them back to pre-injury performance levels.

PRE SEASON TRAINING

Yoga Matt is now offering personalized training to athletes of all levels (marathon runners, cyclists, golfers, tennis players, high school athletes) looking to build strength and endurance during post or preseason time. As a client, you will have the opportunity to train individually with our staff to develop and strengthen skills off season to enhance your performance for a specific sport/ marathon or race. Training will be developed based upon an individuals needs.
