YOGA

Yoga M.A.T.T. is proud of its diverse class schedule that was designed with our mission statement in mind: "to create healthy bodies, balanced minds and strong resolve". For over 3 years we have been offering a variety of yoga classes that compliment our group fitness program. The majority of our clients integrate yoga as part of their cross training program ... peace and power in one place. Our teachers are all 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified and are progressively participating in continuing education courses to deepen their personal practice and growth. Each teacher brings their own interpretation of yoga to their class keeping in mind the needs of our clients and the integrity of the practice.

COMMUNITY SERVICES

We strive each day to build a strong, compassionate community through our class teachings as well as community service and volunteer work. We are dedicated to supporting local community events and are proud of the client participation at these events.
